New features

  • The wallet page in the worker portal has a new filter for contracts and additional buttons for filtering them. Also, the buttons for payout requests have been redesigned.

  • Concept emails (newsletters) now allow assigning recipients after writing them. By clicking the link "You can also choose the recipients by selecting “filter in staff". The email gets automatically saved as a concept and the admin is redirected to the staff list page. After filtering staff members and sending the email via Email -> To selected / To all, the concept is re-opened, and the selected staff members are assigned as recipients.

  • When copying an order it is now possible to check the box "Include timeline comments and attachments" to also copy timeline comments (all comments are copied, including comments for jobs and shifts).
  • The save buttons are now duplicated in the header in the profile and company attributes pages. The edit button on the wallet overview page is also in the table header. These changes should make the editing process a bit faster and easier.
  • The address search in the place adding form allows for searching using ZIP codes only.
  • In the worker portal, the shift details that are opened from the calendar details were visually improved.

  • Live attendance recording in the worker portal received a few new improvements. There are quite a few changes in the visual appearance, the search is now also available on the desktop version and it includes both names and phone numbers. Furthermore, phone numbers are shown right away on the main page, the shift size information was added to the shift detail and the default departure time is now set to the current time when swiping.

Bugfixes

  • Items with 0% VAT are listed in the VAT summary on invoices.
  • The error with clicking on a calendar date on a mobile phone in the worker portal has been fixed.
