Release 3.1.8

New features

  • The payment note text box is now present when creating multiple payout requests (via Finances - Payouts - Payout batch request) - you can use it to write in a short note describing the payouts - for example, the payout period. The workers can see the payout note in their wallet history and in the payout detail (and it’s also a part of the email notification "Payout was paid").
  • It’s now possible to approve (or reject) multiple applicants at one time - there are new buttons "Approve all" and " Reject all" on the "Job applicants" page, in the shift detail, and in the job builder.
  • Also, the option to sort applicants in the shift detail was added.

  • Pending applicants (workers that applied for the job but were neither chosen nor rejected) are automatically rejected when the shift is closed by an administrator.
  • A new comment text box in the "History & Comments" widget is now rendered either at the top or bottom depending on the chosen sorting. This means that if you select "Newest first", you do not have to scroll all the way down to add a new comment.
  • The "Attributes to approve" page allows filtering by the verification status of the workers’ profiles.

Bugfixes

  • The broken link to a contract signed online in email notifications has been fixed.
  • The role switcher in the admin view now has a size limit and supports a scrollbar if a user has more roles than is possible to display within the limit.
  • Popovers of tags (and other entities) on the desktop stay visible when you hover over them with the mouse. This means that it is possible to scroll down the window while keeping the popover visible, even for very large texts.
  • On the payout batch request page, the checkboxes for workers that haven’t set a valid banking method were disabled and rendered grey. However, they were rendered as checked. It had no functional effect and is now rendered as non-checked.
  • The overall performance when saving a job (green node in the builder) without changing the price list has been increased. The operation of changing the job's name previously took an unnecessarily long time for large jobs.
