Release 3.0.129

New way of exporting worker lists

This release introduces a new way of exporting worker lists - navigate to the Worker list and click on "CSV export". There is a new dialog that allows admins to select any attributes related to workers - including options to export personal and profile attributes. Selected attributes are visible at the bottom of the dialog and their order in the exported file can be sorted using the drag and drop technique.

There is also an option to save selected attributes into a template. Templates are accessible to all admins and are useful for repeated exports - if you need to export a specific set of attributes repeatedly, simply click on "Save this configuration as a template", write a name for the new template, and that's it! You and all of the other admins can now use this configuration from now on.

Feel free to give us your feedback as we plan to use this method for other exports in the application as well (e.g. for payouts or companies).

The list of other notable features and bugfixes in this release are as follows:

New features

  • It is possible to export the list of workers that are signed up for an appointment into a CSV file
  • There is a new snippet for customizing a message that workers see on their dashboard in case there are no shifts that they are attending
  • If there is only one client in Sinch, this client is automatically pre-selected when adding a new job - go to Settings / Workers / Snippets to customize this message
  • The attendance list for a closed shift or slot within builder now contains detailed information about prices and wages for each individual worker. The table now contains information about both price and wage, and after hovering the mouse over the price (or clicking it on mobile) detailed information appears that explains the calculation of a given amount

Bugfixes

  • The filter in past shifts allows to select dates in the past
  • The color of the "Passenger" button in team closing has been updated
