Release 3.0.97

As usually on Wednesday we are releasing a new version of the application today. This release brings mainly smaller fixes and improvements.

New features

• Builder controls are now also available using a right-click context menu in the tree. Currently it serves only as a convenient way that replicates control elements located above the tree (copying, deleting and creating new nodes), but in future versions it will be a place where some advanced functions for selecting nodes will be located.

Minor fixes

• Items with zero prices displayed on invoices - from now on, in order to hide order item from an invoice, you have to mark it as "Internal item"
• Pre-selected language for generating a PDF document (invoice, calculation) is now the one you are using - that should save you some unnecessary clicking
• Czech payouts on employments contracts (DPP, DPC) are now rounded up
• CMS nonactive status fixed (there was a bug causing nonactive items to still show up in the CMS section)
