Sinch can be modified to fit the needs of your company. This set of video tutorials will help you set up the core settings of onSinch.

Administrator accounts

This is where you will be setting up all of your admin accounts. You will see that there is already one created for you

Theme

This is where you’ll be setting up the look of all of your logos, your sign-in page, and your header color

Professions

Here you’ll be setting up the various professions you want to segment your staff members into

Personal attributes

Information that you need from the staff member in order for them to be able to legally work for you

Profile attributes

Any additional information you want to gather about the staff members, for example: language skills, certifications, licenses, experience or clothes size

Contracts

Here you will set up all the contracts that you want to sign with your staff members

Payout Methods

Depending on what time of employment contract you sign with your staff members, you can set up different payout methods accordingly

Invoice Addresses

Here you can set up multiple invoice addresses for your company. At least one has to be set

Notification Settings

You can amend email notifications to staff members, clients and admins, as well as manage their settings

Document Settings

You can add and amend text in invoices, proformas, credit notes, calculations and billing, and price quotes

Agency Settings

Here you will find a lot of the general and default settings for the application

CMS

In this section you can add any information you want to your clients and workers. It can be text, links or files, and their icons will appear within the menu of the respective user
