  2. Repeat the steps described above for limiting visibility.
  3. Click Add company, select Lux Hotels and click Confirm.

Setting up prices

The only thing remaining is to set the price for the hostess profession.

  1. Click Hostess in the Professions list. A dialog opens with price settings for staff member roles of this profession.

You are now setting the staff members's role.

By default, price settings are the same as in the Basic price list. You can tell because the box is checked next to the option "Use the same price as in Basic price list."

  2. To be able to set a different price, uncheck this option.

Now it is possible to set the discounted price for the staff member role.

  3. Keep the price type at Fix rate with hour range.

  4. Set the fixed price for shifts that last up to 5 hours to 30€, and an hourly rate for shifts longer than 5 hours to 10€.

  5. Do the same thing for the crew boss, just set 35€ as the fixed rate for up to 5 hour shifts, and 12€ as an hourly rate for longer shifts.

Crew bosses are the lead workers with more responsibility, so you can charge more for their work.

    Tip

See more about the difference between a staff member and a lead worker on the Roles page.

  6. Click Confirm to finish the price settings for the hostess profession. !!! tip You can create multiple time ranges with fixed rates to fine-tune how much your company is going to charge for shifts of various lengths.

  7. Then click Save to finish the whole price list.

And that’s it!

Now, the Lux Hotels VIP price list has been created in the price lists table. This price list is only available to Lux Hotels and it sets discounted prices for hostessing jobs. All the other professions are still charged the same as the rest of the customers, as set in the Basic price list.
